Jeffrey Jensen
is a senior tax associate with Tax & Business Consultants in Blair, Nebraska. He has over 25 years of experience handling estate tax and income tax issues for estates and trusts in Nebraska and Iowa. Mr. Jensen has helped many clients with estate tax planning using various planning options, including LLCs and trusts, along with helping those same families with the passing of the estate and trust owners with the processing of the various tax returns needed. He has also worked with many attorneys in Nebraska and Iowa to help their clients with estate and trust tax planning both pre and postmortem.

Jared Olson
is in-house counsel with The Firm Advisors, LLC. He collaborates with brokers and other team members to facilitate closings and support the firm's operations. Mr. Olson also serves as a sounding board, consultant, and intermediary between the parties and their respective attorneys when negotiating and ironing out the details of the deal and bringing everyone to the table for closing. He earned his bachelor's degree in psychology and communication, and his J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Sara A. Pernicek
is an attorney at Ellick Jones Law Firm, where she is dedicated to representing individuals and families in a wide range of legal matters, including guardianships, personal injury litigation, estate planning, business transactions, contract disputes, and real estate. She brings a thoughtful and client-centered approach to her practice, drawing on her background in negotiation and dispute resolution to help clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence and clarity. Ms. Pernicek is admitted to practice in Nebraska and the U.S. District Court. She earned her B.A. degree in communications from Creighton University, her M.S. degree in negotiation and dispute resolution from Creighton University and her J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Ms. Pernicek is a 2024 graduate of the Heart of America Fellows Institute hosted by ACTEC.

William E. Seidler, Jr.
is a shareholder in the Omaha law firm of Seidler & Seidler, P.C., where he practices in the areas of conservatorship, guardianship, contested wills, estate litigation, contested trusts and estates, trust litigation and probate litigation. He a member of the Omaha, Nebraska State, and American bar associations. Mr. Seidler earned his B.A. degree at Drake University and his J.D. degree at Creighton University School of Law.
